Refund & Exchange Policy

I do not offer any type of refund. All sales are final. If you receive your product damaged you have 24hrs from delivery to email my business (katzkandra@gmail.com) with your name, order #, product issue, & provide pictures. I will gladly replace products if provided with appropriate information. All orders ship same or next business day depending on the time ordered. Thank you for your understanding!
